Ordem Advisory is led by an experienced pastoral and behaviour leader working in UK secondary education and qualified under NPQLBC.

The consultancy is built on real-world operational experience: serious incident management, staff development, system design, reintegration planning, and whole-school culture work.

This is not theory-first consultancy. It is implementation-first support, grounded in the realities of classrooms, corridors, and community dynamics.
