About Us

We help schools build calmer classrooms, safer corridors, and stronger relationships.

Ordem Advisory is an education behaviour and pastoral consultancy supporting schools to strengthen culture, reduce conflict, and improve everyday practice without losing compassion or lowering expectations.

We work with school leaders, pastoral teams, behaviour staff, and classroom teachers to create practical, sustainable systems that protect learning time, improve staff confidence, and help pupils regulate, repair and reintegrate.

Our origins

Across international educational settings, staff are carrying increasing behavioural complexity alongside rising workload, diminished capacity, and growing community pressures. Too often, schools are expected to solve this with isolated strategies, inconsistent follow-through, or initiatives that look good on paper but fail in practice.

Ordem was created to close that gap: to bring clarity, structure, and credibility to behaviour work, grounded in what actually happens in schools.

We are educators for educators: on-the-ground, in real time, and committed to shifting the behaviour landscape with honesty and rigour.

Our principles

1) High standards, calm delivery

We believe in firm, consistent expectations delivered with professionalism—not confrontation.

2) Trauma-informed, not trauma-excused

We recognise adversity and unmet needs, while maintaining clear “red lines” and accountability.

3) Systems over slogans

Culture changes when routines, language, follow-up and data align—not when staff are given another poster.

4) Repair and reintegration

Restorative practice works when it is structured, skilful, and paired with consequences that are meaningful and fair.

5) Adult consistency is the intervention

Pupil behaviour improves fastest when adults share a common script, common thresholds, and common routines.
